Ted Biribin is a data analytics professional having extensive experience in the development and execution of customer management strategies in multiple industries, including financial services, insurance, large volume retail, telecommunications and hospitality.
Ted has over 20 years of experience in the field of quantitative analytics, and extensive qualifications in development and execution of customer management strategies. He has provided CRM, loyalty, and retention management services to top tier firms in US, Canada, Mexico, UK, Europe, Australia, and Asia. He has been responsible for leading client engagements seeking to enhance revenue generation across consumer and business portfolios while effectively managing exposure to risk. Numerous success stories from engagements include: generation of $15MM in incremental revenue from attrition prevention programs for a Malaysian company, $25MM annual savings in fraud losses from re-development of underlying business rules and technology for a German financial services firm, and $40MM increase in annual revenue generation from modification of acquisition and credit limit management strategies for a Canadian firm.
Most recently, Ted was a Vice President/Senior Managing Consultant in the MasterCard Advisors Global Analytics Practice. Prior to that, he was a Senior Consultant in the Greater Boston Area of CGI-AMS, Inc. He was formerly a practice area director of Customer Analytics for AMS Australia, Pty Ltd., a portfolio manager within Citigroup, Inc., and an economist for Science Applications International Corporation, under contract with the U.S. Department Energy
Ted holds Master and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Financial Management from the Catholic University of America in Washington, DC.
